​1941 Mitchell Lumitone Radio Lamp model 1260. This is the Canadian version, produced under license by Brand and Millen, Toronto, Canada. The Lumitone is also referred to as the "Rocket" because of it art deco, futuristic styling. The radio's workings have been cleaned and serviced and it works well. the shade is 16 inches in diameter by 8 inches deep, the glass reflector is original to the lamp when purchased but the lamp works have been rewired for safety.
